Day 1. Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Meet And Greet with your safari driver guide. Then there will be a short trip briefing before departure. Begin your journey thereafter to Aberdare Ridges. You shall be driven passed coffee & Tea growing zones at Central province. There will be short stop-over for briefing on how this 2 cash crops are grown and processed.
Your journey will bring you to another yet very important point. Vantage point to have clear of viewing Mount Kenya. This is the 2nd highest mountain in Kenya with its highest snow covered peak – Batian at 5199m.
Depart from Nairobi and drive north to Ol Pejeta Conservancy . The drive is via the central Kenya highlands with stops to view tea and coffee plantations. Make stops at Nanyuki town to admire the mount Kenya.
Continue with your safari passed the Equator crossing point, then on to Ol pejeta and sweet waters conservancy. Visit the Chimpanzee sanctuary together with a nearby Rhino sanctuary. Members of the ” Big Five” are also found here. check-in and Lunch.
Afternoon game drive in search of the rare species wildlife such as Reticulated Giraffe, Grevys Zebra, Elephants, Water-buck, Bush-back & a myriad of other wildlife. Dinner and overnight in a lodge or Tented camp.
Day 2. Ol Pejeta – Aberdare National Park
We’ll begin the day before sunrise. We’ll make our way to the field to witness the unfolding events as everything comes back to life. You’ll be looking for lion, Cheetah, Hyena, Wild-dog, Giraffe, Buffalo and many more. Game viewing at this time is quite fascinating as there are so many grazers in the open savanna Land. But we can not go on without mentioning the abundance of predators often sighted in this conservancy.
Return to your lodge/luxury tented camp for Breakfast & check-out. Thereafter drive to Aberdare with a short game viewing on your way to exit.
Aberdare national park is one of the most incredible rain-forest destinations in Kenya famous for watching high Altitude wildlife. You’ll be amazed by so much diverse wildlife, varied flock of bird-life, scenery, Glorious sunsets and stunning waterfalls. Lunch. Afternoon game drive in search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, water-buck, leopards, antelopes, hyenas, dik-dik, reed-bucks, and forest hogs. The rare wild forest Bogos are also found here.
Drive to one of the tree hotels located in the heart of Aberdare national park for more night long wildlife viewing, dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Aberdare national park – Nairobi
We are on the Last day of your 3 Days Safari and you’ll watch the light breaking through upon the cold Aberdare forest ridges, bringing enriching warmth to the ecosystem. Witness for yourself the rise and fall of the misty valleys, hills and mountains of the spectacular Aberdare ranges. The allure is inevitable.
Have your breakfast and then Check-out. Drive to visit Thomson falls which forms one of the major attractions in Abaderes national park. More wildlife viewed en-route. Later exit the park and drive back to Nairobi.

Your 3-days Ol Pejeta Aberdare safari package will explore the sweet-waters Sanctuary in anticipation to see orphaned Chimpanzees.
The chimpanzees’ natural home range spans from Senegal, through the central forested belt of Africa, to Uganda.
They are not native to Kenya, but when a rescue center in Burundi had to be closed due to the civil war outbreak in 1993 – Ol Pejeta conservancy opened its doors to receive them.
The Orphaned & injured Chimps when rescued are brought here, they are nursed and fed hence returning life back to them. When they are completely rehabilitated they are introduced back to the wild and continue with their life.
